Nag tibba trek
The Himalaya Shelter offers an exhilarating Nag Tibba trek, providing adventurers with a pristine Himalayan experience. Located in the Garhwal region, this trek is an ideal getaway for nature enthusiasts and trekking aficionados. The journey begins in Pantwari village, leading trekkers through dense forests, lush meadows, and panoramic mountain views, culminating at the Nag Tibba summit. Standing at 9,915 feet, Nag Tibba is the highest peak in the Nag Tibba range of the Garhwal Himalayas, offering breathtaking vistas of the Bandarpoonch, Kedarnath, and Gangotri peaks.
Unlike the more challenging Dodital trek, the Nag Tibba trek is suitable for beginners and seasoned trekkers alike. The trail is well-marked and relatively short, typically taking two days to complete, making it perfect for a weekend adventure. Trekkers will encounter a variety of flora and fauna, with the chance to spot Himalayan birds and perhaps even some wildlife. The trek also passes through quaint Garhwali villages, where trekkers can experience the local culture and hospitality.
